Yash Kaul

Co-Founder & CEO

Yash, an alumnus from BITS Pilani and IIM Kozhikode with a career spanning over 26 years in Specialty Pharmaceuticals and Medical Device organisations. These include companies like Eli Lilly, Boehringer Ingelheim, Vascular Concepts and Smiths/ICU Medical. In his role as Vice President South APAC at Smiths / ICU Medical, apart from India he managed South East Asia, Korea, Australia and New Zealand.

Yash also holds the credit for launching two global MNCs in India along with the introduction of a host of novel pharma and medical devices, which were launched for the first time in INDIA.

Additionally, he is passionate about work with ‘Group Relations and Systems Psychodynamics’ and he is an associate with Group Relations India. When not working, spends time listening to music and running marathons.

Raghuram Iyer

Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer

Raghu, a science graduate with an MBA from Mumbai University and accreditations in Leadership & Strategy from Duke University, has over 23 years of experience in Marketing, Strategy, Sales, and Business Development.

With more than five years of experience in anesthesia and critical care, he has proven his mettle by successfully launching MNC startups that include Chiron (Novartis) vaccines, Boehringer, Ingelheim, and Smiths Medical.

Sagar Radhakrishnan

Co-Founder & Chief Sales Officer

A post graduate from the University of Madras, Sagar Radhakrishnan has done his Executive Management program from IIM Lucknow. He has been involved in launch of Commercial Operations of many MNCS in India.

Sagar is a growth specialist with an overall experience of 23 years in the healthcare industry out of which more than 10 years is in Anesthesia and Critical care.

Avishekh Singh

Director - Chief Finance Officer

A Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of experience under his belt, his expertise lies in implementing business processes, team building, funding and scaling businesses. He has worked with several MNCs, large Indian conglomerates and startups.
Avishekh Singh has done his MBA from XLRI.

With a successful career spanning over 19 years, Ravi prides himself on being able to revive the performance of his team and territory assigned which he has been doing consistently.
Ravi is a Graduate in Physics and holds EGMP from IIM, Lucknow.

Vijay Singh

Sales Manager - North & East

A career spanning over 17 years, Vijay has successfully helped launch some of the largest MNCs in India and specializes in working with Government Institutions.
Vijay is a Chemistry graduate and holds a PGCSM from IIM, Trichy.

Deval Sharma

Sr. Marketing Manager

Building and managing large brands that have shifted practise patterns in India is Deval's forte. In 15 years of her career, she has launched some novel product concepts, unique technologies, and newer medical procedures, which have resulted in improved patient outcomes.
She has a degree in Microbiology.

Ravi Kumar Kokkili

With 22 years of diversified work experience, Ravi has launched and successfully built many novel products. Started his professional career in sales, but for a large part, has been responsible for managing & leading the Marketing function. Ravi is a Pharmacy graduate, with post graduation in Business Management.

Gaurav Awasthi

Over 19 years of experience, Gaurav has spent a large part of his career launching new products. His expertise in the field of training and engaging the healthcare teams has enabled the caregivers to offer the best solution to their patients.
Gaurav is a science graduate with a PGDMM from IMT, Ghaziabad.

Vijay Satre

Achievement-driven professional offering more than 18 years experience in with Companies like Medley Pharmaceuticals Limited, Smith & Nephew Healthcare Private Limited & Smiths Medical in Supply Chain Functions entailing Demand Planning, Import & Export, Logistics, Distribution, Inventory Management, General and Custom Bonded Warehousing Management, MRP Labelling operations as per Legal Metrology compliance.
