Service and Repair Depot in Mumbai

We have a state of art and fully equipped service and repair (S&R) depot in Mumbai. The S&R Centre is managed by highly qualified and experienced management and team. Our technical team also provides technical online support to the biomedical engineers of hospitals and the distributor service teams It’s a world class S&R Centre and we adhere to all global quality standards, use NABL-certified tools for the repair operation etc

Field Service on Site

In order to provide the On-Site service and repair of the capital equipment’s, we have a two tier approach for the same

  • Helmier Field Service Engineers
  • Helmier Trained and Certified Distributor Service Engineers

    • Our intent is that that we provide last mile service and repair facility and avoid the need of sending the equipment to the Service Depot. Our competent and fully equipped field service staff is just one call away to provide you service solution. We train and certify our distributor service engineers before they are allowed to service or repair the equipment While our endeavour is to service and repair the equipment on site, it may not be possible to do so for some equipment like CADD, Medfusion, Parapac etc.
